How can we help?
Causeway provides safe, warm, comfortable accommodation for independent women who are pregnant or have a young child and who find themselves homeless for whatever reason. We aim to provide safe, sheltered accommodation to women who have unplanned pregnancies, or single mothers with pre-school children.
Facilities
Causeway House is a house for mothers and babies, with a caretaker on the premises.
We have eight units of accommodation, some are single rooms and some are two- roomed units. You will have your own comfortable room with plenty of space for your child as well.
There is a very large, shared kitchen where you can cook your own meals, with your own space to store food.
Bathrooms are shared, warm and practical, and there is a laundry on site.
There is a large dining area with high chairs for babies and a lovely comfortable lounge.
There are toys for the children to share and a secure garden with plenty of activities.

The Management
Causeway is registered with the Jersey Charity Commission, is a member of the Association of Jersey Charities, and run by a Management Committee, all of whom give their services voluntarily. It is also registered as a Non-Profit Organisation with the Jersey Financial Services Commission and has charitable status with the States of Jersey Comptroller of Income Tax.
Donate or Fundraise
Causeway is a registered Jersey charity which relies on rents, grants and donations to provide its services.
